Just the info that came with it and I personally don't believe that's the case either tbh but not all camps are tent collections. Perhaps it's more of a longer-term slums concept or there's some kind of refugee camp in 'near' proximity of a few kilometers, in which case I feel it's either mentioned to make it sound more dramatic, or just complete bollocks for the same reason but we'll have to see.
