I must admit, this is a pretty large cluster of missiles fired, this does not happen that much like it did at the beginning of the war. And once Israel keeps rolling, these will most likely be few and far between again. The ceasefire probably allowed a bunch more of these to be setup and ready to fire

Its not that surprising nor a big deal. There are probably thousands of Gazans and other Palestinians working for UNICEF, UNRWA etc. Hamas is supported by majority of palestinians, so most UN employees down there support them as well. Its just basic logic. Its not like there are Euro or US employees running the show there. So they just harbor terrorists, give them fake positions as UN employee ($), provide rooms for hostages, hand over equipment and supplies.

New snippet from Oct 7th attack got finally some background. Found that on instagram couple of weeks back. Without background info not alot. But finally turned out to be a short farewell message out of the server / war room from Kissufim border base. The outpost was contested over more than 12 hours. Unlike the neighbouring base Nahal Oz all managed to bunker down inside the main buildings (30+ support staff sheltered inside the war- and server rooms) and the base force managed to delay the enemy over hours. At the end the power was gone, lights went off, the magnetic doors opened and they all thought they're gonna die. Luckily they had some soldiers left to defend the command building. The rescue force arrived 10pm, was a close call.

Wow, you can feel the tension and cut it with a knife. Imagen staring at that door for 12 hours waiting for either a Jihadist with a suicide vest to bust through and kill you or an IDF rescue squad and salvation. Great find as always, thanks

I think this was the beach landing where HAMAS slaughtered everyone on the beach and then went into the toilets and shot through the doors. I had not seen this beach landing video before but Israel is releasing a bunch of the water landing stuff including the landing map. I think 40+ Israelis died on or near the beach where this took place. No wonder they are leveling Gaza's little port

Thats also an interesting read containing a last voice message to her father, including wild shooting in the background. You can use google translate, her voice was very clear, works well enough.

Its recorded from inside this Nahal Oz bomb shelter, where the captives where taken from and many died. Shir Beton escaped from there back to her room inside the barracks, there she managed to kill one terrorist trying to enter (combat medics were armed, unlike all the others), but at the end she got jumped and killed. As big thank you they threw a molotov coktail on her body and everything burned down, including all her belongings. Not much left to hand over to her parents, unfortnately.

Yes, thats the story. Then they proceeded to attack the Zikim military base Bahad 4, a homefront command training base with almost 100 one-month rookies and intructor staff. One rookie on guard duty at the gate towards the beach got killed. The intructors decided to keep the rest of the rookies safe inside the bomb shelter, while they confronted the Hamas Naval commandos at the gate. After a 60 min gunfight Hamas broke off the action and retreated towards the dunes. Six officers (puuh...) and 1 recruit KIA on IDF side. The Hamas Naval commandos were mostly killed at the beach by fast attack crafts of the IDF navy...there are actually guncam vids.

Theres not much footage from arab side and just a bit from IDF perspective.

This could be the bomb shelter from where they operated this morning.


Rookies and senior staff inside the shelter.


According to instagram last alive photo of 2nd Lt Adar Ben Simon .


Rookies after senior staff left for battle. They were forbidden to leave the shelter.

Zikim Beach public toilet revisited after the area just has been cleared off terrorists.

While Hamas cut her out of their GoPro footage, its now clear that the girl, which appeared for a sec in the prelude video, has been killed as well. You could also hear her voice in the background.



Always hoped they spared her, but its the Middle East. Wrong place to expect miracles or just mercy.
