Re: ISRAEL/PALESTINE Conflict Discussion Thread III (2023)
Newest map from Israeli Telegram channels. Southern strip, central and northern one (Gaza City). Gaza City will be completly IDF controlled within no time. Khan Yunis will follow and then there seems to be a new operation to get Bureij. Just Rafah at the egyptian border is still uncontested.

Re: ISRAEL/PALESTINE Conflict Discussion Thread III (2023)
Can't prove it but my hunch is that Gaza has the highest number of parents, per capita, worthy of the "worst parent of the year" award. Instead of striving for a better life for their children, the majority of Gazans seem more interested in indulging in hatred than they are in building a better life for their children. If I'm wrong, where is the evidence I'm wrong? It doesn't matter how "oppressed" they are by Israel, they should still be doing what they can to make Gaza a livable place. Instead they've done the opposite by poking the hornet's nest (IDF). All Gazans are responsible for their own choices, just as all humans are responsible for their own lives. They are responsible for electing Hamas and continuing to support Hamas. They are currently reaping what they have sown for themselves as a populace.

Re: ISRAEL/PALESTINE Conflict Discussion Thread III (2023)
Gaza City / northern Strip. Map from yesterday, Dec 31th. Almost entirely taken (Gaza City surface at least^^). Bureji operation also made progress compared to the last map update. Its probably why IDF starts to demobilize reservists. To get them some rest, as they say. Probably don't need that much troops anymore and switch tactics to a long term approach. |

Re: ISRAEL/PALESTINE Conflict Discussion Thread III (2023)
The IDF makes a lot of claims about how they "secured north Gaza" and all that, yet life goes merrily on in the Gaza Underdark beneath their feet with The Mole People. When are they gonna get cracking on that? Don't get me wrong; nothing would give me greater pleasure then seeing those tube monkeys flushed out like wet rodents, but c'mon! We need to see some progress here! They even implied a January 1st deadline on it. Otherwise Israel is going to start seeming like that old feeble russian general that dressed up in his best medals on the first day of the Ukraine invasion because he thought he'd be marching through Kyiv by suppertime. |
