No, they are not. No one is. Even the USA with all of its might would not be able to do so. Hamas isnt a conventional army that is neatly separated from civilians. They are like Afghans, they go home to have a shower, eat a meal with their family and then go out killing. They are civilians one day, and terrorists the next day. Show me the Hamas targets that are not in the same buildings with civilians. Actually, fuck it, show this special intel you have to the Israeli army.
