Actually you really wish. I'd wish the US would take some, instead of leaving this crap to Europe. We work and sacrifice for centuries to have working, legitimate and fair societies and then we get invaded by people who fucked goats instead of building a working society and whine to us, bawl, we failed @ life, please give us money and a job and oh btw we'll start smuggling drugs as soon as we cross the border (happening right now in Norway).

But anyway I digress. No, all the civils have not come to Europe. The majority is still there.
And yes, nuke em anyway.

I read on another web site that the captive guy was a member of the regime army and ran over dead ISIS people, and they ran him over in retaliation for doing that.
