Re: ISIS Targeting a SAA Bulldozer with a Guided Missile
I have seen estimates from approimately $10,000 (1984) to $180,000 - with launching unit? (2000?). $80,000 is what I consider to be a reasonable estimate. The military/industrial complex doesn't want accurate and up to date cost figures out there so costs could be 2x-4x what I estimated. There are models and iterations of the TOW missiles that become more modern in terms of capabilites, power and...EXPENSE. Most times, proxy forces receive older - though still capable - versions from aging stocks. All of these factors contribute to keeping costs murky which is exactly what the Black Budget CIA/Pentgon people want. The correct answer as to the cost of a TOW missile fired by moo slum murdering animals is...NO ONE REALLY KNOWS. This is the 'beauty' of Black Budgets. |

Re: ISIS Targeting a SAA Bulldozer with a Guided Missile
That dozer was digging an anti tank ditch separating them from isis forces. The ditch which is roughly 2.5 meters deep x the blade width of the dozer is an obstacle made to stop/slow enemy vehicles from advancing further.
