I've seen this same video described as the Iraqi Shiite militia thugs shooting Sunni civilians in Mosul just for being in the wrong place at the wrong time, and they don't exactly look like your typical ISIS "soldiers of the caliphate" to begin with. Unless some better evidence emerges than just the video titles, I can't exactly cheer on the possibility that these are civilians. ISIS and Hashd al-Shaabi are the same level of scum.
