Wow, way to write a sensationalist title. I hate that vile scum that is ISIS as much as the next person but how in the hell did he use him as a shield at at all, he essential just stayed completely still besides maybe scooting slightly closer to him. Besides that what was he supposed to do, thanks to those isis fuckheads that dude had zero first aid training and the best he could do was get himself killed.
