That's because most adults have morals and we can discern a child from an adult, Mohammed was clearly not blighted by this common affliction. I asked a Muslim why he thought Mohammed's pedophilic leanings was acceptable in modern times, and the answer I got was quite an insight into the workings of a disturbed mind. He said the reason why it's acceptable is that children mature quicker in hotter climates, and thus a child can be classed as a woman from an early age......true story.  |

Morality is an invention of human beings. It's a very good invention. I'm not suggesting we should abandon morality but there is no higher power or no higher reason to tell us that this is right or this is wrong. In fact, 10,000 years from now this morality invention may be tinkered with a bit, and it'll be globally unacceptable to have sex period. Who can say what is "moral". Unfortunately, we are on our own; that's my humble opinion.
