It is very brutal but I don't see any difference to what he done bombing and killing civilians. They too burned to death and had their homes collapsing on them. Because those "civilians" support terrorists whose primary philosophy is to kill everyone who isn't one of them, whereas the Jordinians' and others' philosophies are to contain threats to them. That's how it's different.
