Calling people from different cultures with different practices than yours "savages" is cultural imperialism: For example, "Thou shalt not suffer a witch (or wizard) to live." While this is an Old Testament quote and ISIS is not fond of Jews, Islam does hold to much of the Old Testament nonetheless, tracing their lines back to Abraham and Ishmael. One should be tolerant of the cultural practices of different peoples, dontchaknow.
