Going by the insignia on the top left hand corner of screen, this is footage from the Islamic Army of Iraq insurgent group. Possibly 15 years old or so. The nom de guerre of the sniper (or snipers) was 'Juba.' Always worth a revisit in my humble opinion.

The first vid is doubly tortuous. It's a shame to see service people killed plus there is the insult to the brain of having to listen to that terrible, whiney music. I blame Donald Rumsfeld for the whole thing.
