If you take away 'Ir' from Iraq, then add Ukr infront of the 'aq' you then take away the 'q' and add in the 'ine' from Ukraine and it's a no brainer   |

Both are countries which were left destroyed after preemptive military attacks leading to enormous civilian loss of life and potential for extremist factions to take control afterwards?
