Scorpion and Ride have the right ideas. There are already over 100 people killed, which would mean AT LEAST 10 Mullahs hanging from bridges.
The problem is how to get weapons to the women death squads. You can hide a LOT of hardware under a Burkha! That could be really handy!

Mass storm police stations and military armories. Surely there's people on the inside who are sympathetic who can help make this happen.

I did see a few protestors with shotguns, but let's be honest they need rifles, RPG's and mortars. And training. I wonder how many former Iranian military guys are sympathetic to this uprising.

One Iranian hospital had pictures of many dead men and they didn't look like government guys.

I part-time volunteer in Europe to help refugees get acquainted. Women ‘from certain regions’ are regularly terrified of their husbands, the husbands often use (abuse) certain parts of their religion to assault their women for not doing certain stuff. We even have training to prepare us for this.

If anything those husbands would be fighting the government to make sure their way of oppression can continue.
