Have a look at the IEDs being used in Iraq. Ask the British Army if they've seen anything like 'em on a small island called Ireland...Oh, maybe 35 years ago. You can thank the Irish freedom fighters of the 20th century for a whole lot of hurtin' TODAY. The technology, the materials...it's all pretty familar. Differences being that suicide [bombing] is a Catholic sin, and I don't think they condone polygamy in the afterlife, either -- Especially to the tune of 72 virgins.  |

I never mentioned Iraq, just pointing out the hypocrisy of certain people calling the insurgents cowards when hospitals and schools are getting bombed and innocent civilians are getting murdered every day. Imagine an alternative scenario where a vastly superior invading force came to the USA and started killing civilians with the intent to occupy the country what would the defenders be, terrorists and insurgents or freedom fighters? Would they be cowards for defending their lands against a better equipped, better trained better supported invading force? |
