These are ATGM's, not rocket launchers.

ATGM = Anti Tank Guided MISSILE. Missiles are "smart" rockets, and usually much bigger. A rocket launcher would be an RPG-7 or AT4, not an *****, BGM-71 TOW or whatever (like in this video)

It's how the video originally is being called, and besides this... technically missiles use rocket technology so pure to the basic it are rocket launchers, very high-tech but still rockets
