The UN condemned the government but China and Russia won't back the veto (and the fuckers keep skirting responsibility for it and giving different excuses). Its basically a civil war at this point but even if the UN intervenes they'll probably just stand around like they did in Bosnia. That's not really true in this case. Syria isn't a theocracy, more of arab nationalist but still secular. The government actually killed a shitload of muslims during the islamist uprising in 1982 (islamists were just as fucked up though) |

Well for weeks Assad got blamed for the Houla massacre and everyone believed this version, including me....but... One of the most respected german newspapers revealed a new story today, based on very reliable sources. It uncovered the Houla massacre was done by sunni rebels (islamist terrorists). The victims of the massacre were exclusivly alewis and shia muslims. They got killed by members of a 700 men strong sunni-islamist gang, because of religious reasons. They wiped out the only non-sunni muslims of that whole area. Religious cleansing. Sunni muslims were not even touched during the whole massacre. Before the islamists started the massacre, they broke through a military checkpoint and killed two dozen soldiers (young consripts). All who are calling for some kind of military intervention...youre just supporting terrorists and radical islam. |
