1. Protesters gathered near parliament the evening of 9 March. Despite the law being thrown out and the release of all protesters arrested... the people are still gathering. 2. "The protest action is taking place in Batumi. The flags of Ukraine and Sakartvelo are visible in the crowd."

10 March "People at the parliament whistle and clap. Women lined up in front of the policemen, they hold posters "We are Europe" in their hands." There have been rallies held by protesters since the government announced the change to the bill for the law and the release of detained protesters.

A plenary session of the Georgian Parliament was held on 10 March. The deputies met to "fail" the vote on the bill on "foreign agents" in a second reading. 1 voted in favor of the bill (see below) 35 against 58 Mechta deputies did not vote  One of the leaders of the "Georgia Dream" party, David Samkharadze, voted in favor.  NO MEDIA: "Irakli Kobakhidze thanked everyone who voted for the bill in the 1st reading. He also called “agents of foreign influence” organizations that demanded the resignation of the government from the scene, declared elections rigged, do not respect the church, engage in LGBT propaganda and “provocations at the borders.”"
