Yeah it's not always that simple. You'd like to think there's air support and artillery and mortars and tanks and everything else available all the time but it's just not. Everyone in those demanding jobs is busy all the time. They're always getting called in for fire missions to support grunt units across the whole theatre. Yes I was in the military recently so I know about it, before the smart asses jump in ;).

What cracks me up is EVERYONE here who calls us brit's "limeys" and all this "fuck the uk" nonsense needs to seriously grow up. These soldiers aren't doing this Job for the sake of doing it, They are doing it to Protect Us!. Regardless of whatever country you are from, War is an ugly thing and hating on other nations make you no better than the scummy taliban that fight our soldiers. Remember, It is because of ignorance that the taliban waged war on the west, And what are you haters doing? Hmm let me guess. Oh that's right, You are also being ignorant to the facts, The UK and the US are Allies! Meaning that when America initiates war on a country, the UK will always be fighting beside it. Personally, As a Brit, I find some of your Anti UK comments Disrespectful, We are in this war together regardless of your opinion. Now, I know that Some members here have a dislikening to the general British population, And you know, I couldn't care less how you feel towards the Brits, I'm not Anti American and I generally find that Americans are cool, Sure there are the few assholes but what nation doesn't have these idiots within their midst?
