Azerbaijan Using Cluster Shells
Imaging you or your kids walking on that street .. cluster shells used to bomb the city. Smells like genocide to me.

They're not prohibited. Neither Armenia nor Azerbaijan (or USA, Russia, China, Israel, many others) are signatories to the Convention on Cluster Munitions. |
