imagine your abdomen being blasted open & you're still alive... the food you just ate mixes with blood. The blood mixes with shit in your large intestine which just blew apart which further mixes with urine from your burst bladder... while all this is going on, your liver decides its time to pour some bile juices. Nice appetizing odor for flies which are buzzing around to stick their heads on your insides & lay down their eggs & suck the last bit of nutrition
