On February 5, an attack by the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) claimed the lives of eight militants of the al-Qaeda-affiliated Turkistan Islamic Party (TIP) and injured eight others in the northwestern region of Greater Idlib.

Army troops targeted a bus that was carrying the militants with an anti-tank guided missile as it was passing near the town of Khirbat al-Naqus in the al-Ghab Plains in northwestern Hama.

Opposition activists shared a video showing the remains of the slain militants scattered around the targeted bus after the missile strike."
