Three Rescued from Aground Oyster Boat Near Sargent
A Coast Guard Station Freeport 29-foot Response Boat-Small crew and a good Samaritan rescued three people from an aground 44-foot oyster boat near Sargent, Texas, on April 12, 2023. The good Samaritan passed by in a shallow watercraft. The boat crew and the good Samaritan removed those aboard and safely transported them to a bait and tackle shop in Sargent, Texas.  ·  ·
