Stratton Tows Disabled Fishing Vessel Off Coos Bay
Crewmembers aboard Coast Guard Cutter Stratton (WMSL 752) towed the disabled 66-foot fishing vessel Lodestar about 180 miles offshore Coos Bay, Oregon, on Sept. 10, 2022. The Stratton crew towed the vessel toward shore, then transferred the vessel and two survivors to a 47-foot Motor Lifeboat crew from Coast Guard Station Coos Bay, which towed the vessel to shore.  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·
