Station Erie Tows Flooded Boat Near Presque Isle
Coast Guard Station Erie responded June 25, 2025, to an 18-foot pleasure craft taking on water on Lake Erie near Presque Isle, Pennsylvania. The boat had eight people aboard and was reported in trouble at 9 p.m. A 45-foot Response Boat-Medium crew arrived, used a boat pole on the vessel, helped dewater it, and towed those aboard to shore.  ·  ·  ·
