Pacifica Towed Off Point Pinos After Engine Room Fire Alarm
A Coast Guard Station Monterey 47-foot Motor Life Boat crew towed the whale watching vessel Pacifica off Point Pinos, California, on June 11, 2023. The Pacifica had lost power while heading back to Monterey after a fire alarm went off in the vessel's engine room. All 43 passengers on board were safely brought back to Monterey.  ·  ·
