Cutter Dependable Rescues Five After Sinking Off Haiti
Coast Guard Cutter Dependable's small boat crew rescued five people from two floating rafts after their vessel sank in the Golfe de La Gonave, Haiti, on Feb. 15, 2023. Coast Guard District Seven watchstanders received an agency assist request from the Joint Regional Communications Center Port au Prince when the motor vessel Lets Go Gonave's emergency position indicating radio beacon activated.  ·  ·  ·
