Coast Guard Rescues Two Near Cat Island, Mississippi
On August 27, 2023, a Coast Guard Station Gulfport 29-foot Response Boat-Small rescued two boaters from a capsized vessel about 3 miles southwest of Cat Island, Mississippi. A Civil Air Patrol flight located the boaters and vectored the Coast Guard boatcrew in to assist.  ·
