Coast Guard Rescues Family of 9 on Dog Island, Fla
DOG ISLAND, Fla. - In this video provided by Coast Guard Aviation Training Center Mobile, Ala.a family of nine people and two dogs are rescued after they became stranded in a vacation house on Dog Island, June 24, 2012. The family and two dogs were transported to the Carrabelle Airport. This video does not include audio.

People are such wimps. That pier house was solid. Just play Parcheesi and ride out the storm. I'm sure they had plenty of cheese, crackers and Riesling in the cupboards.
