Coast Guard Rescues 5 from Ocean Bay Near Umnak Island
A Coast Guard Air Station Kodiak MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew hoisted five crewmembers from the grounded fishing vessel Ocean Bay near Umnak Island, Alaska, on April 2, 2026. The crew transferred the five crewmembers to emergency medical services in Dutch Harbor. No injuries were reported.
