Coast Guard Rescues 4 Off Baffin Bay, Texas
A Coast Guard Air Station Corpus Christi MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew responded to a vessel taking on water about 30 miles off Baffin Bay, Texas, on July 8, 2023. A rescue swimmer was transferred to the vessel to help dewater it, then hoisted back aboard the helicopter. The vessel, with four people aboard, was dewatered and safely escorted to Packery Channel Park.
