Coast Guard Rescues 3 from Vessel Off Savannah
A Coast Guard Air Station Savannah crew hoisted three people from a sailing vessel taking on water 77 miles southeast of Savannah, Georgia, on Nov. 14, 2022. The vessel owner activated an emergency position indicator radio beacon to contact Coast Guard District Seven watchstanders for assistance. The three people were taken to Air Station Savannah with no medical concerns.
