Coast Guard Rescues 2 After Grounding on Horn Cay
A Coast Guard Air Station Clearwater Operation Bahamas Turks and Caicos aircrew rescued two people on April 11, 2024, after their 73-foot vessel ran aground in inclement weather at the north end of Horn Cay, Bahamas. The two were airlifted to Lynden Pindling Airport with no medical concerns. They are coordinating vessel recovery with commercial salvage.
