Coast Guard Medevacs Woman Off Southwest Pass
A Coast Guard Air Station New Orleans MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter aircrew hoisted a 67-year-old woman, a portable manual ventilator, and the ship's nurse from a cruise ship about 140 miles south of Southwest Pass, Louisiana, on Sept. 10, 2022. The aircrew transported them to West Jefferson Hospital.
