Coast Guard Medevacs USS John S. McCain Member Off Eureka
A Coast Guard Air Station Humboldt Bay MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew medically evacuated one person 45 miles off the Northern California coast on Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2023. The person was a member of the USS John S. McCain (DDG 56). The helicopter crew conducted a hoist offshore of Eureka, California.
