Coast Guard Medevacs Snorkeler North of Dominican Republic
A Coast Guard MH-60T Jayhawk helicopter aircrew medically evacuated a 70-year-old man who became distressed while snorkeling off the motor vessel Sea Hunter in Atlantic Ocean waters north of the Dominican Republic on Feb. 5, 2025. The man was transported to Fernando Luis Ribas Dominicci Airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where Emergency Medical Service personnel received him for further transport to a local hospital.
