Coast Guard Medevacs Man 93 Miles West of San Diego
A Coast Guard Sector San Diego MH-60 Jayhawk aircrew medically evacuated a 50-year-old man from the fishing vessel Spirit of Adventure about 93 miles west of San Diego on Aug. 16, 2023. The man was reportedly suffering heart-attack-like symptoms and was taken to a local hospital in stable condition.
