Coast Guard Medevacs Man 170 Miles West of San Diego
A Coast Guard Sector San Diego MH-60 Jayhawk aircrew medevaced a 42-year-old man from the motor vessel Global Sentinel on June 15, 2023. The vessel was about 170 miles west of San Diego. The man was reportedly suffering from stroke-like symptoms and was transferred to local EMS in stable condition.
