Coast Guard Medevacs Man 100 Miles Southeast of Freeport
A Coast Guard Air Station Houston MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew medevaced an injured 34-year-old man from a 72-foot recreational fishing vessel about 100 miles southeast of Freeport, Texas, on April 27, 2023. The man had a severe hand injury. The crew hoisted him and transported him to Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center in Houston in stable condition.
