Coast Guard Medevacs Injured Man Off California Coast
A Coast Guard Air Station San Francisco Forward Operating Base Mugu MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew airlifted a 61-year-old man who sustained a head injury off the Southern California coast on Oct. 18, 2020. The crew transported him to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital for further care.
