Coast Guard Hoists Passenger from MS Rotterdam Near Cabo Rojo
A Coast Guard Air Station Borinquen MH-60T Jayhawk helicopter aircrew hoisted a 78-year-old U.S. citizen from the MS Rotterdam cruise ship during a medical evacuation on Nov. 13, 2022. The ship was about nine nautical miles southwest of Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico. Local Emergency Medical Service personnel received the patient and transported him to a hospital in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
