Coast Guard Hoists Four from Laura Near Black Rock
The Coast Guard hoisted four fishermen from the fishing vessel Laura near Black Rock in Kodiak, Alaska, on Nov. 1, 2021. The vessel had run aground, and the crew abandoned ship in life rafts. A Coast Guard C-130 Hercules forward-looking infrared camera captured the Laura aground and an MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter getting into position for the rescue.  ·  ·  ·  ·
