Coast Guard Assists Sailboat Taking on Water Near Galveston
A Coast Guard Station Galveston 29-foot Response Boat-Small crew assisted a 12-foot sailboat taking on water in East Bay near Galveston, Texas, on April 19, 2023. The crew used a handheld pump to dewater the sailboat, then escorted the boater and vessel ashore with help from a Crystal Beach Volunteer Fire Department boat crew.  ·  ·
