Carnival Valor Rescues 3 from Boat Taking on Water Off Alabama
A Coast Guard Aviation Training Center Mobile HC-144 Ocean Sentry aircrew flew over the vessel Snail Mail while it was taking on water 386 miles offshore Alabama in the Gulf of Mexico on March 26, 2023. The Carnival Valor arrived on scene and rescued the three boaters aboard. They were transferred to the cruise ship's doctor, and all three were last reported in stable condition.
