Burned Crewman Medevaced 173 Miles Off Morehead City
A Coast Guard Air Station Elizabeth City MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew medevaced a 29-year-old crewman who suffered burns aboard the Panamanian-flagged motor vessel PRT Ace. The vessel was approximately 173 miles east of Morehead City, North Carolina. The crewman was taken to Norfolk Sentara Hospital for further medical care.
