Some Paintings of Mine
Art has always been my outlet for negative emotions, it's very therapeutic and comforting in a weird way to put trauma into a piece of art. These are some of the paintings I've made this past year or two that have a lot of meaning to me, thought u guys might like them :)

Re: Some Paintings of Mine
I don't think people realize how difficult painting really is. Kudos to you. I appreciate your work, like what I see, and am glad that you shared it. |

Re: Some Paintings of Mine
I have always admired painters. Personally, I couldn't paint my way out of a paper bag, but I am very artistic. I always watch these movies where someone is standing in front of a painting, and they can tell you exactly what the artist was trying to communicate to the viewer through their work. I look at paintings and see what I like or don't like as I do not have the ability to interpret the artists intentions. Sometimes I think we all see what we want to see. I like the first painting. She looks like a tortured soul trying to reach out from the grave to give anyone who would listen the story of her death. I am most likely way off base with that, but that is what I see. I work with beads, and I can do almost anything with those tiny little specks of glass! I will post a pic if you like. Your work is awesome, never stop expressing yourself because that is one of the gifts of life. Peace, Lady
