Call me a ***, but I love my cats. I am not a dog person.
i like dogs too. sphynx are better than anything in my book though. as far as dogs go, i would have a pit, chow, dobie, giant schnauzer or chinese crested

i understand what you mean totally. it was only recently that i started feeling this way about pets. im just saying that for me personally, i can feel that way (that amount of love) for any animal, not just one that is a typical pet.... and conversely, i can feel ok with eating any animal.

i know.. im a freak like that.
to me some you eat, some are pets....i realize the distinction can blur (for me...pigs and ducks) but cats and dogs for dinner are a no-no

i dont know why i dont have that line in my head but for me, it's just not there.... the line for me is between animals i have a connection with and animals i dont.

to be fair though, i have a hard time actually killing anything, even plants, so it's not like im aiming to eat a kitty or a baby or anything.

i wish i could just not eat at all, to be perfectly honest. my karma side would be much happier.
