TV: Aren't there standards for building materials? C: Yes of course there are, very rigorous standards at that. TV: Well, what kind of standards tho? What materials can one use? C: Well, cardboard is out, for instance. No cardboard. TV: Uh huh. C: And I'm pretty sure we've done away with duck tape. TV: Right. So, what was this beam made of? C: Well whatever it was, it wasn't good enough was it? So lesson learned, I'd say. TV: What kind of material should it have been made of? C: Not material that breaks when you lift it, that's for sure. |
