that minibus was lucky. bet that's not the only building without permissions and regulations in that metropolis.

Also explains the high death tolls in earthquakes. Denizens have no chance to go outside when the first tremors start when their houses are made of fake concrete.

I was told that in Turkey, buildings under construction don't get taxed until they are officially complete. Therefore, nearly EVERY building in Turkey has an unfinished upper floor, many for 30-40 years.


And of course, the plaster instead of REAL concrete also has an effect.
