Truck Driver Killed in Taiwan Freeway Ramp Rollover
A truck driver was killed after taking an off-ramp at high speed on the Formosa Freeway in Qidu District, Keelung, Taiwan. The truck overturned during the turn and the driver became trapped in the crushed cab. Rescue crews pronounced him dead at the scene; he had suffered multiple fractures. National Highway Police Bureau preliminary findings indicated that excessive speed through the turn caused the fatal rollover.
